With almost 5,000 square feet of open event space, the Mountain Crest Venue can accommodate larger weddings of up to 330 guests.

Rental options are for full estate rental of both facilities or a single facility. If rented individually, Mountain Crest Venue clients receive either indoor or outdoor ceremony as well as indoor reception at one location.

• Any 12 or 14 hour Mountain Crest Venue rental receives FREE 5 hours at Riverbend Chapel to use to get ready in the expansive suites

• Private en suite bathrooms

• Spacious kitchen and bar area so you can bring in lunch to serve your entire crew

• Perfect location to have special family members and friends gather in privacy while your main facility is being decorated, giving you the opportunity to experience a GRAND REVEAL of the Mountain Crest Venue space

• Multiple outdoor and indoor photo opportunities during your 5 hours at Riverbend Chapel

Indoor and outdoor ceremony locations

• Your choice of three different indoor ceremony layouts included for every event.

• The most stunning outdoor ceremony location in Oklahoma. You never have to pay an additional fee for this coveted view, it is included in your rental as are the set up and tear down of the outdoor chairs.

• Every event has an indoor back-up plan included in your rental.

Full Estate Rental

• Full Estate Rental AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADES your time in both facilities to 14 hours.

• Includes TWO HOURS OF TRANSPORTATION between facilities with options to add more time, if needed.

• IMMEDIATE BACK-UP PLAN for a rainy, hot or cold wedding day. Limited by guest count.

• ABSOLUTE EXCLUSIVITY of the whole 191 acre private estate for your wedding day.
