It is an absolute honor to welcome you to Dream Point Ranch. The Dream Point Ranch brand was built by Sarah and Jason Coffin in 2017 with thoughtfully designed spaces and exceptional personalized service.
This is a 3rd generation private estate where we nestled two premier, luxury facilities at the highest point in Tulsa county on Concharty Mountain. At its peak, sits Mountain Crest Venue where you can stand in one portion of the facility and look right and see the Arkansas River in one floor-to-ceiling window and then left and view downtown Tulsa from another.
The best part of our day is being able to witness people arriving on the property for the first time. Whether it is a couple coming for a private tour or a guest attending an event, we immediately see them smile and take a slow, deep breath as they relax into the peace that can only be found when in the presence of beauty and nature.
The facilities and grounds were intentionally designed to begin your day as a pleasing blank space, prior to any décor being placed, so just imagine what you can create when you add your own personal style to an already stunning locale.

We are a husband and wife team with 3 generations on family land creating a 191 acre private estate.
The Dream Point Ranch brand is a family-run business built on giving you our absolute best every single time we are with you.
Jason and Sarah personally designed and built both facilities on the estate. Each building was purposely created for weddings and events. We have served well-over 500 clients and have an exceptional eye for helping guide couples through their wedding day.
We have intentionally perfected every second from your first contact with us until your grand exit to be the easiest part of your whole wedding planning process. We are proud of our high-end hospitality and concierge-level of service.
Weddings are notoriously stressful and we strongly feel like they don’t have to be. That is why we have structured our business AND our facilities to the easiest part of your whole wedding process.
We have designed both facilities to be completely stunning on their own. Neither location requires a significant investment on décor as they are beautiful on their own
Our main goal is for your event to embody effortless elegance while staying grounded in the peace of nature.
We’ve created an escape to what feels like a destination wedding in Bixby minutes from Tulsa, Jenks and Broken Arrow. You are able to have a destination wedding in the mountains without ever having to hop on a plane.
