For those wanting the feeling of grand luxury and exclusivity on their wedding day, we offer full estate rentals giving you complete access to both venues on the private Dream Point Ranch estate. We are the only destination wedding location in Oklahoma giving you two different mountain-top views at the highest point in Tulsa County, all on privately-owned property. For every Full Estate Rental, we provide two hours of transportation between the facilities with Old Urban Trolley to use however desired during the day.

Full Estate Rental options for use include:

• Exclusive access to both venues, expanding your wedding day choices, including numerous indoor and outdoor ceremony options, cocktail hour locations, unending reception options and all the photo opportunities the estate has to offer.

• Ceremony at one site and reception at the other guaranteeing never having to give a second thought to a rain plan. Limited by guest count.

• No shared date with any other client. True exclusive access for the luxe couple.

• Private dinner location for bride and groom.

• Separate location for family and bridal party to gather freely on the day of the wedding while your main reception venue is being decorated. Can you say reception location grand reveal?

• Second facility for bridal parties and family to use to get ready and feast. Larger get ready rooms and separate kitchen and reception area lets you feed all out of town and VIP guests while they lounge on the veranda or enjoy the expansive views from the indoors.

• Formal cocktail hour option can be on the Riverbend veranda or indoors complete with ambient lighting and vast windowscapes.

• Secondary ceremony location is limited by your guest count and does require having to rent the additional chairs needed over 130.

• Full Estate Rentals booked after January 2024 have 2 hours of transportation between the facilities included in their rental. You must confirm your details with Old Urban Trolley immediately after booking. To help keep costs down, we do not communicate with them for you. You are responsible for any fees accrued for going over 2 hours of use. If you do not confirm with Old Urban Trolley upon booking, then it will not be available for use on your wedding day.

Rental options are for full estate rental of both facilities or a single facility. If rented individually, clients receive either indoor or outdoor ceremony as well as indoor reception at one location.
