Setting us apart from other venues, every physical item we offer in the list of amenities is included in your venue fee, regardless of the day of the week. We will never up-sell you anything, ever, and have no service fees or hidden charges.

Booking Details
All dates are booked first come, first served. $500 value BONUS for booking within 48 hours of first visit for any rental, any day of the week.
For Full Estate Rentals, no additional fee for security when alcohol is served. All other rentals, when alcohol is served, $350 fee is required.
10% off for military, fire and police
5% off for paid in full
Discounts do not stack
Holiday days are charged peak season Saturday rates, and the holiday and two days surrounding holidays have a premium price adjustment. Please contact for quote.

“This venue is already GORGEOUS without any added decorations. White walls, dark wood accents, spacious, with a beautiful view! Sarah Coffin and her team are a dream to work with! They are so sweet and so accommodating at Dream Point. I had my ceremony and reception inside at Mountain Crest Venue, but they have the option of outside as well! With a guest list of 285 people, we had more than enough space to work with even with everything being inside. The land out at Dream Point also makes for a beautiful backdrop for photos! It really is a dream at Dream Point Ranch! The perfect space for our perfect day.”
