Designed for the luxe couple that has their heart set on exclusivity and a concierge-level of service, the Dream Point Ranch brand is the only wedding venue in Oklahoma that gives you two different mountain-top views for your event at the highest point in Tulsa County, all on privately-owned property.

Our Full Estate Rental gives you complete access to both venues on the private Dream Point Ranch estate. Your time in the facilities is custom-created for you and designed for clientele that craves peace of mind with Oklahoma weather and provides you with the most luxurious “back-up plan” in the Tulsa area.

Full Estate Rental grants you all-day, exclusive access to both venues, expanding your wedding day choices, including numerous indoor and outdoor ceremony options, cocktail hour locations, unending reception options and all the photo opportunities the estate has to offer.

Options for use include:

• Ceremony chairs set up at both locations on the day of your wedding, one indoor at Riverbend and one outdoor at Mountain Crest Venue, guaranteeing you never having to give a second thought to a rain plan. (Limited by guest count.)

• Indoor ceremony at one location and reception at the other. Client’s choice of which location to use for each portion of the day.

• No shared date with any other client. True exclusive access for the luxe couple.

• Private dinner location for bride and groom.

• Separate location for family and bridal party to gather freely on the day of the wedding while your main reception venue is being decorated.

• Second facility for bridal parties and family to use to get ready and feast. Larger get ready rooms and separate kitchen and reception area lets you feed all out of town and VIP guests while they lounge on the veranda or enjoy the expansive views from indoors.

• Formal cocktail hour option can be out on the Riverbend veranda or indoors complete with ambient lighting and vast views of the landscape.

• Full Estate Rentals booked after January 2024 receive FREE 2 hours of transportation between the facilities included in their rental. You must confirm your details with Old Urban Trolley immediately after booking.
